Sharp is an Rochester native, who was educated in clarinet in the Hochstein School of Music. Sharp also played piano as well as cello. Sharp's passion for theatre during her high school years was what led her to the Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded an award. She received her B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp chose to go into theater after completing her Cum Laude degree with a B.F.A. She appeared in her first performance in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia and Aida. Other performances included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp is currently working on several original projects that include screenplays as well as productions. A full-length recording is on the way. She also performs. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys boxing as well as study Krav Maga. When not performing behind or in front of the camera or recording songs in the studio, she enjoys long road trips, playing the piano, or hiking. Sharp resides with her family, including her husband and lives in Los Angeles.
